I love nothing more than helping my “people” create magic when it comes to developing effective and extremely successful branding strategies, which can mean anything from developing media driven marketing campaigns and spearheading social media initiatives to coaching brands and the people behind those brands so they can finetune their vision and effectively bring it into the market place.
My fascination with branding, social media, public relations and design, in all their incarnations, began more than a decade ago, when I literally dove head first into the wild west of media branding and social media. Along the way discovering that I not only instinctively know what people want from products and brands, but that my background in project management means I know how to get it done. This combined with the fact that I am a visual artist gives me the inside track on how to package media campaigns so that they are perfectly in sync with your branding, and are a success with your target audience and the media.
I believe in the personal approach, so I am with my clients every step of the way working with the team to ensure that your initiatives are effective, seamless and successful. And I am having a blast along the way -there's no doubt about that...seriously.

I am as passionate about marketing and business development as I am about using a holistic approach to help you grow your brand or launch a product. When working with clients, I delve into their business to gain a deeper understanding of all its parts from processes and systems to employees and customers. Then I bring all of it together to create a holistic approach that reaches your customers on every level, while making sure the internal workings of your company are effective, and your employees are in tune with your vision.
While I am a Certified Holistic Coach, I also have extensive experience within the B2B sector and financial industry, and have successfully managed operations. I also have specialties in international business development, key account management, sales management, people growth and development, training, and product launches. With me you get the full package...and then some.
I have been called a Jack of all trades, and the master of all – and I like it. Computer science has been my vocation since I was at school, and nothing has changed since then except my tech fueled abilities, excelling in everything from Systems Administration, Coding and Web Based Database Driven Applications to Security and Quality Management. All of this combined with the fact that I embrace a holistic view of IT solutions, means that I deliver my clients the full package when it comes to data and data driven products, whether it's SEO and website development or app development and platform creation. I love nothing better than getting down and dirty in the cyber trenches so my clients products are beautiful, functional and flexible.
Dar Dowling has branded me the Video Chief here at Spidey Sense Media - and well, it's definitely true. I handle all things video for the team and it has been a fun and amazing adventure. I have a passion for storytelling in all its forms, whether using a sketch pad, editing equipment, or a camera. And I bring this passion into every project I take on, whether developing a music video, filming a commercial or creating a video concept to blow out a new brand.
My hands-on style is the end result of having worked in every phase of the production process, from conception and development to shooting and editing videos and films of all kinds. All of which means that I know exactly what it takes to not only create a visually beautiful final product, but one that also has a compelling and unforgettable concept and story line. My clients include Gold Crest Films and MTV.
Stephanie Lotze has been a photographer from her early teens when she first began to capture moments of nature in collision with composition. From her isolated family home in the Mojave Desert, she ventured out among the rocks to track tarantula migrations and the soft spotted bellies of horny toads.
During the last 10 years, Steph’s travels and work with people and products have inspired her to preserve those moments time and time again. The irony of a redwood picnic table dwarfed by first growth redwoods, the scale of a human against the vast backdrop of mountains, water, snow and light or the exact right smile of a person’s eyes.
Ms. Lotze photographs products with the same eye for the unexpected. When shooting high-end baby clothes, she chooses bamboo and driftwood as display hangers, a skateboard gets a rich, wood grain close-up that emphasize the company logo lasered into the deck; even a “power drink” gets to be a part of the natural world, surrounded by examples of the actual ingredients. “I’m a historian. A storyteller without words. Only light and lines,” says Stephanie. “I’m a preservationist of landscapes, brands, how a person appears in a moment in time...”
